Future 9th Grade Spartans

Aurora West College Preparatory Academy is an open enrollment school for grades 9th through 12th.  This is the 2024/2025 application for incoming freshmen - 9th grade.  If you have siblings in the same grade level, please use one form for each applicant.  The open enrollment period will run from January 2-February 16.

 The Open Enrollment Process consists of the following steps.  All steps need to be fully completed for the student's application to be considered:

• Complete the AWCPA High School Admission Form (includes an essay and letter of reference)

• Attend a Parent Meeting with the Principal on one of the following dates:

• January 11 4:00pm-5:00pm

• January 16 4:30pm-5:30pm

• January 17 8:30am-9:30am

• January 22 5:00pm-6:00pm
